CCL Courses

Standard Courses

Our courses consist of three sessions at approximately monthly intervals. They are led by qualified CCL Teaching Couples, who use NFP themselves. Standard courses cover all you need to use NFP through your normal fertile life: you will be able to use NFP from the first session onwards.

Special Courses

Our special courses cover the retun of fertility after childbirth and the pre-menopause. These single-session courses assume that you have already attended a Standard course. You can still learn NFP at these stages of your fertile life.

CCL Home Study

For those who can't get to a course, CCL Home Study provides a way of learning in a guided and thorough way. The course takes you through the stages of learning to use NFP, which you can approach in your own home and your own time.

Contact by email, phone or post with a qualified Teaching Couple means that you have guidance and support, and can be confident that your understanding of NFP is correct.

Materials and Costs

Whether you're attending a course or studying NFP at home, you will need the pack of materials provided from our International Office in the USA. This is called the 'Home Study Pack', but contains materials required for both types of study.

The cost of the pack is the whole cost to you of learning NFP - there is no additional course fee.
